Graded Items - Please read this first This section lists Graded & Special offer items - Graded items are either ex-demo, factory refurbished, customer returns or simply end of line. Each item will have an indication of condition as follows; A1: This could simply be a special offer or discontinued item - but could also be a non-faulty customer return. The item may have been out of its box, but will not have been used. Item could have been returned because it was purchased in error or didn't fit in the space available. In all cases item will be as-new and in original packaging (although it is possible that this may not be perfect). Full 12 month warranty. A2: Similar to above, but item may have been used briefly. It would not have any excessive signs of useage, but the cables may well have been unpacked and used. Will be in original packaging (may be tatty) and have 12 month warranty A3: As A2, but with cosmetic scratching - but not on the screen itself. 12 month Warranty B: Un-damaged, but briefly used. May not have original packaging. Typically these are ex-demo units but could also be factory repaired. Could have small scratches or marks (any significant damage would be specifically mentioned) 6 month Warranty. C: Working units, probably without original packaging and with some minor damage. Any significant visable damage will be specifically mentioned in the description: 3 month Warranty. D: Used items, no box, 1 month Warranty. Cheap - but take it or leave it!
