Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling All items INCLUDE Postage & Packing to any UK Address (Including Northern Ireland). Please see our terms and conditions regarding our return postage policy. £10 additional shipping charge will be made for orders to the Republic of Ireland and £15 additional to the rest of Europe (EU). We do not ship outside of the EU.
Delivery Schedule Most large items are sent via DHL, smaller items via Royal Mail (Depending on Value). In some cases we may be able to offer morning deliveries and expedited services should you require the item urgently - but this will normally be at an additional cost - but you'll need to contact us via phone on 01335 345630 to arrange this. Delivery times are typically between 3 and 5 working days.
Tax Charges All Prices INCLUDE V.A.T. at 17.5%
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy Faulty Items or Wrong Product

If an item is faulty on arrival, a fault develops within 21 days of purchase or we simply sent you the wrong item - it will be replaced with the same or correct product immediately (Subject to stock). Depending on the item we will either ask that you return the item to use (and refund your postage) or for larger items arrange a swap out collecting & replacing the unit at the same time and at our cost. If a replacement or equivalent product is no longer available an upgrade will be offered - this may be subject to additional charge. You may also request a refund if returning within 21 days. If ordering from outside the UK, you will be required to return the item yourself. Swapouts are not available.

If an item develops a fault after this 21-day period, the unit will be returned to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. In most cases, the unit will be returned to us initially using this form - but some products include a direct manufacturer warranty. We will arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced. Should the item be physically damaged, the warranty is unlikely to be valid - but we may be able to arrange repairs. No refunds will be given for Items returned more than 21 days following purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us. We do not refund postage for items returned after 21days.

Damage in transit

Process as above, but we must be notified immediately and item must be returned within 7 days.

Non-faulty Items - Refund
If for any reason you need to return a non-faulty product, you must return it to us within 7 days of delivery. In order for your refund to be given the product must be in its original box, in as-new condition and complete with all leads, manuals & accessories as supplied - basically the item needs to be re-saleable. In-line with distance selling regulations a full refund will be given including the cost of any delivery charges. Return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We can, however, arrange a collection at a cost of £15 (This will be deducted from your refund amount). Refunds will only be given once the item has been checked & tested. No refunds will be given for Items returned more than 7 days following delivery. Collections can only be arranged within the UK.

Non-faulty Items - Upgrades

Bought the wrong item? Want to upgrade to a bigger screen? No problem. You can upgrade to a different item from our brochure by paying the difference in price plus £15 swap out charge (delivery of the new item and collection of the old). Upgrades are only available within 21 days of purchase and are subject to the condition of the original product. No upgrades will be offered for Items returned more than 21 days following purchase. Note also that the swap out service is not available outside the UK.

Recommended Return Methods

Post Office: Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery or Special Delivery for items weighing less than 2 Kg
Post Office: Royal Mail Standard Parcels (with suitable additional insurance) for items over 2Kg
Collection/Swap: Call us to arrange a courier collection in some instances we may make an additional charge - please see above.
Hand Delivery: You may hand deliver to the address below. It may still take a couple of days for us to test your returned item before any remedial action can be taken.
In all cases it is the responsibility of the customer to pack the item securely, arrange suitable insurance and obtain a proof of postage.
